Using our clients Elk Ivory our belt buckles shown here are custom made using our Rocky Mountain Elk belt buckle original wax. Upon receiving clients elk ivories they are carefully cut into cabs. Then using the cab some wax is removed leaving a recess in the wax to the shape of each cab and then a wax bezel is designed and created to fit each ivory making it ready for the bronze lost wax casting process. Once the bronze is cast and finished the setting is hand fit for exact shape of elk ivories and the bezel is carefully closed around the ivories to set and secure them in place. A very delicate and tedious work making the finished bronze a one of a kind original.

Each of the above Rock Mountain Elk bronze belt buckles are custom made using the clients elk ivories, each is an original one of a kind.

"Unbridled" an exclusive commissioned Seahorse belt buckle, custom designed and created for one of my clients in bronze. This buckle is not available for sale.
